Hans STAKELBEEK (1965)

Over Stakelbeek (1965) - website fotograaf: In 2005 Hans won the second prize in the Dutch photography competition The Silver Camera, in the category documentary photography. He published his first book: 32x5x4, 640m2 Poptahof, featuring images of a 1960s social housing estate in Delft.

From 2007 Hans travelled various times to Afghanistan to document the reconstruction process in the midst of the ongoing efforts to restore peace and stability to the country. This resulted in an exposition that travelled to Berlin, London, Bratislava, Washington, Perth and Wellington.
