Royal Bosch
Royal Boch is a Walloon pottery manufacturer, probably the best known on Belgian soil. The company was founded in 1841, was renamed Boch Frères SNC in 1844 and later became part of Villeroy & Boch.
The Manufacture Royal La Louvière Boch (MRL Boch) went bankrupt in 1988. A year later, the company was taken over by Le Hodey under the name Royal Boch Manufacture SA. The shares are later sold to Mevius-de Spoelberch. Bankruptcy was declared again in 2009, but the faience factory was taken over by Patrick de Maeyer and continued under the name Royal Boch.
Royal Boch collaborates with various designers. They have developed various collections such as the Studio Collection, the Retro Collection, the Classic Collection and the Royal Art Collection.
