Born in 1911 in Zijpe (North Holland), died in Loosdrecht in 1992.
Education:
Simon Kok was self-taught.
Simon Kok has worked in Zijpe, Alkmaar, Den Helder and eventually in Loosdrecht, where he found a connection with the artists' colony there. Simon Kok had a studio annex gallery in Loosdrecht. He mainly painted landscapes and portraits. Simon Kok was a member of the visual artists' association De Kring Hilversum.
