Amer Bader is een Irakese kustschilder, opgeleid aan de Universiteit van Bagdad (Institute of Fine Arts). Woonde, werkte en exposeerde in Jordanië en Syrië. Sinds 2010 in Nederland werkzaam. In zijn werk strijden nostalgie naar vroeger en wanhoop over de huidige situatie in het Midden Oosten om de voorkeur. Amer Bader staat sinds 2015 officieel ingeschreven bij het RKD (Rijksbureau voor Kunsthistorische documentatie). Hij exposeert op het ogenblik bij World Art Delft (tot eind februari 2016)
