Shipping is via DHL Deutsche Post Paket including shipment tracking and insurance.

A few additional words about shipping:

Due to its size, the print must be sent in a large, sturdy cardboard tube (diameter 15 cm). The pure costs for insured shipping including the option of tracking are already 7 euros for these formats within Germany (other European countries: 16 euros), collection by DHL (so that unnecessary trips and the corresponding environmental pollution are avoided) costs an additional 3. - Euro.
It usually takes around 20 minutes for the rolls and the outer box to be properly packed in additional protective paper and for the package to be properly sealed with environmentally friendly adhesive paper strips. Surely you can imagine that with 15 euros domestic shipping costs (25 euros to other European countries) the expense cannot be fully covered. I would therefore kindly ask you to take this into account when estimating the shipping costs.
The package is registered with DHL immediately after the invoice has been credited and is usually picked up by DHL the following day. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the further course of shipping and timely delivery.
