Dominik Smolik (1982) ist ein polnischer zeitgenössischer Künstler. Von 2002 bis 2007 studierte er Malerei an der Päpstlichen Theologischen Akademie in Krakau in den Ateliers von Prof. R. Oramus, Prof.dr. R. Aciak und Prof. G. Bednarski. 2008 schloss er sein Studium an der Technischen Universität Krakau ab, im Bereich Architektur, Innenarchitektur und Konservierung von Heilige Gegenständen. Er nahm an vielen Ausstellungen in Krakau teil sowie auch am International Open Air in Ravenna (2007).
