Eduard Flor volgde een opleiding aan de Rijksacademie voor Beeldende Kunsten in Amsterdam. Exposities en prijzen: Biënnale van Parijs 1959 Het werk van Flor bevind zich dan ook in internationale musea, oa. Verschillende musea in Nederland: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Arnhem Utrecht. Maar ook in het Brooklyn Museum New York en Philadelphia Museum of Art Fairmont in de V.S. en het State Museum Modern Art Jeruzalem in Israël.
