  •  Gesigneerde Pastel  met voorstelling van een landschap bij Breskens zeeuws Vlaanderen. Geschilderd door de bekende Noord Hollandse (Kolhorn) schilder Erna van Mondfrans (1931-).  Haar stijl leunt erg tegen het Magisch Realisme aan. Hoe langer je naar het schilderij kijkt hoe meer het gaat leven.  


    Erna van Mondfrans (1931) woont en werkt in Kolhorn. Ze volgde de opleiding grafiek aan de kunstnijverheidsschool en leerde zichzelf schilderen. Ze doet veel inspiratie op in Frankrijk. We zien van haar pastels en schilderijen. Na een onderwerp gevonden te hebben in dat wat meestal een landschappelijke chaos is, zoekt ze de hoofdvorm en zet ze, indien nodig, deze werkelijkheid naar haar hand. Een tekening en kleurbeschrijving ontstaat en wordt later in eigen atelier omgezet tot zeefdruk of schilderij.
