- Hubert Bekman ( Hubertus Cornelis Gerardus) was born on November 4, 1896 in Voorburg and died on July 29, 1974 in The Hague.
He followed his education at the Hague Academy with evening and winter courses and the Hague Sketch Club. Mainly formed itself.
