Magnificent brooch 18 carat yellow and white gold with very fine diamonds and rubies

This stunning brooch is a real eye-catcher. Made from 18 carat (750/-.) yellow and white gold, it has a weight of 6.06 grams and a diameter of 25 mm. The length is 36.5 mm.

An outstanding feature of this brooch are the extremely fine and bright rubies. Rubies of various shapes were used, including round rubies measuring 4.5 mm, 4.15 mm, 3.9 mm and 4.1 mm, totaling 1.27 carats. Additionally, ruby squares in a channel setting weighing 0.33 carat and a ruby teardrop weighing 0.75 carat were used. The rubies are elegantly set in yellow gold, which creates a beautiful and attractive color combination. Its intense color gives the brooch/pendant freshness and liveliness. The total weight of the rubies is 2.35 carat.

The extremely fine brilliant-cut diamonds were set in white gold to enhance their snow-white color. Large brilliant-cut diamonds with top Wesselton (F/fine white plus) and VS (very small inclusions) quality were used, which have an ideal cut and an incredible fire. The diamonds were set very flush into the brooch, creating a radiant circle of diamonds and a dominant surface effect. With this sophisticated setting technique, the diamonds subtly overlap to decorate the entire circle with a lively brilliance. The brooch/pendant contains diamonds in various sizes, including 5x3.25 mm, 2x3.8 mm, 3x3.7 mm, 3.45 mm and 3x2.45 mm, for a total of 2.03 carats.
