Margot Maaskant - Coolsingel

The Coolsingel depicted with watercolor and Siberian chalk. The street where the town hall is located can be seen here on the right in the artwork. The street is also where many football parties are and have been celebrated. The street is also the main traffic artery in Rotterdam. In the background you can see a number of buildings designed by the architect Maaskant.
Rotterdam, my hometown, has been a great source of inspiration for years and can often be found in my artistic creations in mixed techniques on paper as well as in oil on linen.
