Fraai werk van Cobra kunstenaar Theo Wolvecamp uit 1989. Het werk is genummerd en handgesigneerd door de kunstenaar.
Al jong begon Theo Wolvekamp te schilderen. In 1947 stopte hij na twee jaar met zijn studie aan de kunstacademie in Arnhem en vertrok naar Amsterdam. Daar raakt hij betrokken bij de Experimentele Groep in Holland. Vanaf 1948 was hij lid van de Cobra-beweging.
Zijn oeuvre is te verdelen in verschillende perioden.Na de oorlog in 1945 maakte het werk van Picasso veel indruk op de kunstenaar.Later raakte hij geïnteresseerd in de kunstschilder Joan Miro, en het werk van Kandinsky.Zijn werken kunnen worden omschreven als abstract-expressionistisch.
In zijn composities vanaf 1955 duiken fantasiewezens en andere figuratieve elementen op, waardoor ze doen denken aan de schilderijen van het Deense Cobra-lid Asger Jorn.
